CREATING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
We will take an x-ray of our relationships to discover which ones are energy drains and which ones are energy givers. We will focus on how to make healthy choices, achieve fulfilling connections and develop realistic expectations. Carole has designed psychodramatic exercises to start you on the journey.
